What's a Rho Chi?
A Recruitment Counselor (Rho Chi) is a neutral, disaffiliated fraternity member assigned to guide a group of PNMs through formal recruitment, no chapter bias, no secret agendas. RCs help guys make their own honest decisions, call out pressure or misinformation when they see it, and keep the process fair for everyone.
Benefits and Application
This is a paid position, and food will be provided during both training week and recruitment week. The stipend is a great benefit, but the main reason to apply should be a genuine interest in guiding PNMs and improving the recruitment experience
You should apply if you want to help PNMs navigate recruitment with honest, neutral guidance, especially when things feel chaotic or unclear.
